We put a lot of care into the creating and packaging of each order to ensure that you receive a quality item, free of any defects. If for some reason there is a problem with your product, please contact us immediately, and I will do my best to address the issue.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sprinkles due to health & safety issues. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions!

All other items in the shop are also final sale unless the item was received damaged. If that occurs, please send us a photo, and we will do what we can to work it out for you.

We ship orders Monday-Friday from Mobile, Alabama.Your shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your location, the weight of the items purchased, the size of the box needed to fit those items and how quickly you want the parcel to arrive. Please note that shipping 1 item will always result in the highest % of shipping–the more items you have in your parcel, the more your shipping cost balances out.If you only want to order one bottle, this is a good time to possibly team up with other sprinkle-loving friends and add to your order! You will all pay less shipping this way.
